The challenge
Quarry had strong traction but a product that had grown feature by feature. Each team designed in isolation, and the interface had started to contradict itself.

Our approach
We ran a four-week strategy sprint to define the core jobs, then built a design system with tokens and coded components shared between Figma and the codebase.

The outcome
Feature delivery roughly doubled once teams adopted the shared components, and the refreshed product supported Quarry’s Series A fundraise.
We hired a studio for screens and got a way of working. Our team still uses the design system and the review rituals every single week.
