Redline began as two people — a designer and an engineer — tired of watching good ideas lose detail on the way to production. We borrowed a habit from engineering drawings: mark up the work in red, agree on the change, and write it down.
A decade later the habit has become a studio. We’ve shipped more than sixty products for startups and established teams, from fintech platforms to patient-facing health apps. We stay small on purpose, so the people you meet are the people who do the work.

01
Specify, then build
Ambiguity is expensive. We write down what done looks like before we start.
02
Critique the work
Feedback is specific, located and kind. The work gets better; people don’t get smaller.
03
Ship to learn
Working software beats opinions. We release early and measure honestly.
04
Leave it better
Everything we make is documented and handed over, ready for your team to own.
